Richard B. Aldridge is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Transactions Practice and serves as co-chair of the Group's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice.

Mr. Aldridge regularly counsels clients in a wide range of business law matters, with a particular emphasis on both public and private company merger and acquisition transactions, including managing high volume acquisition programs.  His practice includes the counseling of clients with respect to corporate governance issues, other general corporate matters and concerning obligations under securities laws, particularly in connection with acquisitions of publicly and privately held companies and public and private securities offerings.

Mr. Aldridge represents clients in a variety of fields, including the energy, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and electric utility industries.

Mr. Aldridge is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
