Kathryn A. Kapusta

Senior Counsel

Kathryn A. Kapusta is senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Finance Practice. Ms. Kapusta has experience in the tax-exempt finance area, including many health care and educational facility projects. She participated in the tax-exempt financing for the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Geisinger Health System, Brandywine Hospital, VHA of Pennsylvania, Robert Packer Hospital and Temple University, among others. She also has represented nonprofit institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania and the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, in commercial and real estate projects. Ms. Kapusta also has experience handling corporate, real estate, equipment leasing, bond law, project finance and lending law compliance matters.

Ms. Kapusta is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
