Abbey M. Glenn is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment practice. Ms. Glenn represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour litigation. She also has experience defending complex class action ERISA cases on behalf of employee benefit plan sponsors and service providers and their employees, officers, and directors.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Glenn participated in the firm’s Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she worked for the Employment and Administrative Mandate section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. As a legal fellow, Ms. Glenn represented the state in a wide variety of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and class action litigation. She also appeared in court on behalf of state agencies in administrative mandamus hearings.

Ms. Glenn earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2009, where she was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to Judge Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Glenn earned her B.A. in anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Glenn is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
