Amy M. Foran

Amy M. Foran is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Foran has a background in dispute resolution and settlement and collective bargaining. She has provided legal advice and interpretation regarding employment and labor-related statutes and case law; overseen union relationships; managed outside attorneys for matters, including establishing budgets; and managed the drafting and negotiation of contracts.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Foran served as counsel to The Day & Zimmermann Group, Inc. She was responsible for providing labor and employment counsel, including employment litigation, arbitration, and collective bargaining.

Ms. Foran received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 1989, where she was articles editor for the Temple Law Review. She received her master of management, high distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1982 and her bachelor of music, honors, from the University of Michigan in 1977.

Ms. Foran is an active volunteer for the Support Center for Child Advocates. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Pennsylvania.
