Daniel S. Marks is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Marks focuses his practice on a variety of intellectual property matters, including U.S. and international trademark prosecution and litigation, copyright infringement, and transactional and litigation matters involving technology and the Internet. He also handles IP matters related to M&A transactions, licensing, and franchising.

Mr. Marks earned his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University School of Law in 2008, where he served as an editor for the American Bar Association's Public Contract Law Journal. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk for Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. He received his B.S., cum laude, from Miami University in 2004.

Mr. Marks is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and California.
