Robert S. Hodavance serves as consultant to Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Hodavance represents the management of hospitals, healthcare institutions, educational institutions, and both manufacturing and service companies in a broad range of employment and labor relations matters, including collective bargaining issues, employment discrimination, compensation, employee benefits and general personnel matters. Mr. Hodavance’s practice is focused on collective bargaining, union representation cases and matters before the National Labor Relations Board. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements and has handled hundreds of union organizational attempts.

Mr. Hodavance is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
