Tony K. Mou is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Mou focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on investment in emerging companies in China.

Mr. Mou has advised multinational companies regarding the laws of the People's Republic of China in the areas of foreign investments, trade, securities, foreign-exchange control, employment and taxes. He has also represented overseas investors in setting up operations in China and acquiring local Chinese companies. Mr. Mou's focus on corporate transactions includes representation of private companies, venture capital funds, public companies, and entrepreneurs in corporate formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Mou was an associate at a leading technology and growth enterprise firm. He was previously affiliated with the China practice of a large global law firm.

Mr. Mou is a native Mandarin speaker. In addition to being an attorney, he is a certified public accountant.
