Zarui A. Kocharyan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Kocharyan focuses her practice on intellectual property matters including trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement, as well as copyright and trademark counseling. She also handles IP due diligence and other work related to mergers and acquisitions transactions and licensing.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Kocharyan was an attorney at a law firm in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Kocharyan received an LL.M. from George Washington University Law School in 2009 and an LL.M. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2004. She received her J.D. from Moscow State University Law School in 2002. Ms. Kocharyan is fluent in Russian and Armenian.
