Jill R. Cohen is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Cohen represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Cohen was an associate in the business litigation practice at a large national law firm in New York. Ms. Cohen also served as the director of the Immigrant Worker Outreach Program for former Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly.
Ms. Cohen has successfully represented many pro bono clients, winning an award for outstanding pro bono service at her prior firm and official recognition from the New York State Bar Association Empire State Counsel.
Ms. Cohen earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Cohen externed for Senior Judge Richard Goldberg of the U.S. Court of International Trade. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Barnard College in 2001.
Ms. Cohen is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
