Shokoh H. Yaghoubi is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Yaghoubi's practice focuses primarily on technology-based transactions and intellectual property counseling in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Yaghoubi was a consulting attorney in the licensing and technology group of a Fortune 100 technology company. While there, she drafted and negotiated technology licensing agreements, assisted in revising template agreements, and advised clients on confidentiality matters and obligations.
Ms. Yaghoubi earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2005. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. She is fluent in English and Farsi.
