Krissy A. Katzenstein is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Katzenstein has experience defending against class action, multi-plaintiff, and single-plaintiff suits involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation and violations of wage and hour laws and the Family and Medical Leave Act. In addition, she has experience defending benefit plans in benefit-related litigation.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Katzenstein was an associate in private practice with a predominant focus on advising and defending corporate clients in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation.
Ms. Katzenstein received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2008, where she was an executive authorities editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and named to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Tufts University in 2005.
Ms. Katzenstein is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
