Katherine C. Milgram is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Milgram concentrates her practice on the representation of companies and individuals in all aspects of complex civil litigation, criminal investigations, and compliance and regulatory matters. She has defended companies and individuals in civil litigation and criminal investigations alleging Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, securities fraud, insider trading, and healthcare fraud.
After joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Milgram left to clerk for Judge Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Milgram returned to the firm in 2011.
Ms. Milgram received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007. While in law school, she was a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, a legal writing instructor, a co-chair of the Penn Law Women's Association, and an intern for Judge William K. Sessions of the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont. Ms. Milgram received her A.B., cum laude, from Middlebury College in 2003.
Ms. Milgram is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
