Vasilisa Strizh is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Strizh has represented clients in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments and joint ventures, and capital markets transactions, including public and private equity securities offerings. She also advises clients on related corporate, securities law, compliance, and reporting.
Ms. Strizh advises in a variety of industries, including power, oil and gas, insurance and other financial services, and telecommunications. She has led complex cross-border corporate transactions, projects involving issuance and listing of securities, structured settlements, and various forms of financing.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Strizh was a partner in the corporate practice of another international law firm, resident in Moscow.
Ms. Strizh earned her law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1992. She is fluent in Russian and English.
Ms. Strizh is eligible to practice in the Russian Federation.
