Sean P. Duffy is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Duffy's practice focuses on conducting internal investigations and representing clients in criminal and civil cases involving allegations of price-fixing and monopolization. He also assists clients in responding to Request for Additional Information and Documentary Materials (Second Requests) from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. In addition to his Antitrust Practice, Mr. Duffy has assisted clients with internal investigations in relation to possible insider trading, stock options backdating, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Mr. Duffy received his J.D., magna cum laude, from George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington International Law Review and named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to Judge Rosemary M. Collyer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Mr. Duffy received his A.B., cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2003.
Mr. Duffy is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
