Caitlin McKenna is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. McKenna served as a law clerk for Judge Howland W. Abramson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. She also assisted attorney-author Peter D. Hardy in editing his book Criminal Tax, Money Laundering, and Bank Secrecy Act Litigation (BNA Books 2010).

Ms. McKenna earned her J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2010, where she served as a research editor for Temple Law Review. While in law school, Ms. McKenna worked as an intern for Judge L. Felipe Restrepo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia City Law Department. Ms. McKenna received The Honorable Raymond J. Broderick Scholarship for exhibiting the most promise in the study of Constitutional Law and The Samuel N. Rabinowitz Scholarship for her interest in business and tax law. Upon graduation, she received The Robert E. Lamberton Award for the highest grade in Constitutional Law, the TASA Prize for Outstanding Performance in the Field of Evidence for the highest grade in Evidence, and The Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter Award for the best paper in the field of federal jurisdiction, entitled The Rule 23(b)(2) Class Action: A Fight for Compliance. Prior to attending law school, Ms. McKenna worked as an intern for Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and for Judge Marlene Lachman of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in classical languages, literature, and civilization from Georgetown University in 2006.
