Kirsten B. White

Kirsten B. White is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Ms. White received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, where she served as a senior editor for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. White worked as a clerk on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee staff of Senator Russell D. Feingold (D-WI). In that role, she collaborated with committee staff in preparing the Senator for hearings and votes and drafted floor statements and correspondence on judiciary issues, including civil rights, crime and justice, and federal judicial nominations. She received her B.A. in history from Middlebury College in 2000.
