Patrick S. Tracey is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Tracey concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation involving products liability, environmental and toxic tort cases, and general business and corporate disputes.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Tracey worked at a leading Boston law firm where he represented corporate clients in a range of matters, including complex tort, commercial, and environmental litigation. He also served on a national counsel coordinating team that successfully managed toxic tort litigation across multiple jurisdictions for a large U.S. product manufacturer.
Mr. Tracey has established and currently serves as primary legal counsel to a pro bono legal clinic serving veterans of the U.S. Veterans Administration in Boston.
Mr. Tracey earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.S., cum laude, from Western Connecticut State University. He also has served in the U.S. Air Force, where he received several awards and citations.
Mr. Tracey is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Arizona and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
