Andrew T. Budreika is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Budreika's practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business law matters, including syndicated bank financings, acquisition financing, capital markets transactions, debt and equity offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, and private equity and venture capital investments and dispositions. He also advises clients with respect to securities law compliance, corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters, secured transactions, and general corporate law.

Mr. Budreika represents clients in a variety of industries, including energy, technology, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, utilities, financial institutions, and insurance.

Mr. Budreika earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2008. While in law school, he worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Budreika earned his B.A., cum laude and with high honors, in history and literature from Harvard University in 2005.

Mr. Budreika is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
