Ms. Brennan's practice focuses on acquisition finance and general secured lending transactions, including workouts and restructurings of those transactions, both cross-border and domestic. She has represented equity sponsors, REITs, lending institutions, and companies in connection with various commercial secured transactions, including entertainment companies, telecom and Internet companies, a national department store, supermarket chains, an international hotel network, restaurant chains, medical institutions, recreational companies, insurance companies, public utility companies, industrial and manufacturing companies, and cable television systems.
