Marisa J. Tilghman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Tilghman participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she worked as Special Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. As Special ADA, Ms. Tilghman prosecuted various jury and bench trials involving a wide range of crimes, including attempted murder, assault, theft, and driving under the influence.

Prior to pursuing her law degree, Ms. Tilghman began her career as a certified public accountant. Ms. Tilghman’s experience includes working in the audit practice at a Big Four accounting firm, where she was a lead audit senior associate on a multibillion-dollar financial institution.

Ms. Tilghman earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certificate in business and public policy from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 2009. She earned her B.B.A., summa cum laude, in accounting from Temple University in 2002.

Ms. Tilghman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
