Carlotta J. Roos is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Roos represents employers in single and multiplaintiff litigation, including litigation initiated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, and the Florida Whistleblower's Act. Ms. Roos also assists employers with administrative proceedings, policy drafting, training, and counseling matters.

Ms. Roos received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998, where she was a member of, and a published author in, the University of Miami Law Review. She received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1995.

Ms. Roos has been a frequent speaker on employment law topics and HR best practices. 

Ms. Roos is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
