Mark D. Silva is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Silva represents leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. His practice focuses on syndicated debt financings, asset-based and multinational credit facilities, and domestic and international debt workouts and restructurings.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Silva was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.
Mr. Silva earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2005, where he was the senior executive editor of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review. He earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Mr. Silva is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
