The Obama administration has announced its plan to crack down on equal pay and pay equity problems in the private sector. This initiative will be funded by a much-increased enforcement budget and will involve the expanding staff of the EEOC and its systemic initiative, as well as the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
