Please join us for "The Obama Administration's Equal Pay Legislation: How to Prepare for Equal Pay and Pay Equity Investigations," an interactive discussion on what employers can do NOW to get ready for these systemic compensation investigations, with a particular focus on the nature and content of confidential compensation audits and HRIS reviews.

The Obama administration has announced its plan to crack down on equal pay and pay equity problems in the private sector. This initiative will be funded by a much-increased enforcement budget and will involve the expanding staff of the EEOC and its systemic initiative, as well as the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
