On September 30, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued a decision in the case of Wyeth v. Dudas, No. 07-1492 (D.D.C., Sept. 30, 2008), that may alter the way the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) interprets patent term adjustments under 35 U.S.C. § 154.
