Final Sunshine Act: Now the Hard Part — Part I: Basic Requirements

On March 26, 2013, Morgan Lewis the first installment of our webinar series discussing compliance with the final U.S. Sunshine Act issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Applicable manufacturers and applicable group purchasing organizations must begin to collect the data required by the Sunshine Act on August 1, 2013, and must report the data to CMS by March 31, 2014.
