The Road to 2014: ACA Considerations for Employers

On February 28, 2013 Morgan Lewis presented the first installment of a three-part webinar series entitled "The Road to 2014: ACA Considerations" discussing Affordable Care Act (ACA) considerations for employers, group health plans, and individuals. This outcome-focused series will highlight significant issues along the road to 2014 and interweave recent ACA guidance into the analysis. At the end of the series, attendees should have the tools and knowledge necessary to apply the ACA considerations and begin design and compliance planning for 2014.
