Harvey Bartle IV was an associate at Morgan Lewis' Washington, D.C., office prior to his eight-year stint at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Trenton, where he served as attorney in charge of six assistant prosecutors handling cases involving public corruption, economic crime and government fraud.
