BOSTON, January 9, 2018: Morgan Lewis represented Agero in its acquisition of San Francisco-based SwoopMe, Inc., a provider of web-based dispatch solutions for roadside assistance providers. Agero provides software enabled driver assistance services to automotive manufacturers and insurance providers in North America.
The Morgan Lewis team was led by partners Brian Keeler and Kristen Ferris. Partners Daniel Nelson, Jean Cogill, and Michael Schlemmer also aided in the transaction, along with associates Katerina Papacosma, Elizabeth Galvin, Nicola Menchetti, and Meghan McCarthy.
