Morgan Lewis Advises Infosys in $120 Million Acquisition of Kallidus

Morgan Lewis advised global consulting and technology firm Infosys, Ltd. (NYSE: INFY) in its acquisition of Kallidus (d.b.a. Skava) and its affiliate, a leading provider of digital experience solutions, including mobile commerce and in-store shopping experiences to large retail clients. Infosys announced the definitive agreement to acquire Kallidus for $120 million on April 24. The all-cash deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

An international team comprised of Morgan Lewis lawyers based in Palo Alto, Singapore, San Francisco, and New York advised Infosys on the transaction. Leading the team were partners Thomas Kellerman and Suet-Fern Lee and associate Parikhit Sarma.
