PHILADELPHIA, January 6, 2016: Morgan Lewis represented JS Held LLC, a leading national construction consulting firm providing specialized services to the insurance industry, in its acquisition of construction and mitigation consulting firm Wakelee Associates, LLC. The transaction was announced on January 4, 2016.
The acquisition was led by partner Barbara Shander. Associate Joshua Loftus and partner Richard Zarin provided support. Partner Michael Pedrick led the financing with assistance from associate Conor Larkin.
