PHILADELPHIA, August 26, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented Lovell Minnick Partners LLC in an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Inside Real Estate.
Lovell Minnick is a private equity firm focused on investments in the global financial services industry, including related technology and business services companies. Inside Real Estate provides end-to-end software solutions to residential real estate brokers, teams, and agents to manage the full cycle of home property buying and selling.
The Morgan Lewis team advising Lovell Minnick was led by partner Kevin Shmelzer, with assistance from partners Barbara Shander, Aaron Suh and Ken Kail.
