BOSTON, October 14, 2015: Morgan Lewis is advising leading global hygiene and forest products company Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget in its recently announced pending acquisition of Wausau Paper Corp., one of the largest Away-from-Home tissue companies in North America, for approximately $513 million in cash.
The deal, announced October 13, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016, subject to Wausau Paper shareholder and regulatory approvals.
