Mr. Milano has experience in US domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, advising enterprises on joint ventures, commercial contracts, and general corporate and compliance matters. He regularly advises clients in acquisition and divestment deals involving a range of assets, from container terminals, power generation facilities, and regulated water and wastewater plants to enterprises in the international energy services, media and retail sectors.
