SILICON VALLEY, March 21, 2017: Intellectual property partner Dion Bregman has been selected as a finalist in the Outstanding Litigator: California category of Managing Intellectual Property’s 2017 North America Awards.
The awards recognize outstanding achievements of intellectual property firms and individuals in the United States and Canada over the past 12 months. The shortlists were chosen by Managing IP's team of research analysts, with guidance from its editorial team. The results are based on information from the publication's research for the 2017 edition of IP Stars.
Mr. Bregman serves as the technology practice leader for Morgan Lewis’s intellectual property practice group, is a co-leader of the firm’s cross-practice technology initiative, and leads the firm’s post-grant proceedings working group. With decades of global patent law experience, he focuses on patent litigation, prosecution, and counseling, and represents public and private companies in the software, hardware, media, Internet, telecommunications, medical device, aerospace, business methods, graphical user interfaces, fintech, and semiconductor fields. He oversees large US domestic and foreign patent portfolios, working with Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups.
