Morgan Lewis Provides Insight on Structuring Cross-Border Lending Transactions Across 54 Jurisdictions in ICLG Global Guide

NEW YORK, May 8, 2018: For the fourth consecutive year, Morgan Lewis has played a leading role in the creation of the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Lending & Secured Finance 2018. The global guide, which was edited by Morgan Lewis partner Thomas Mellor, covers common issues in lending and secured finance laws and regulations in 54 jurisdictions.

Mr. Mellor coauthored the overview chapter, “Introduction to Legal Risk and Structuring Cross-Border Lending Transactions,” along with associate Marcus Marsh, and the USA Chapter with partner Rick Eisenbiegler. In addition, partner Ayman Khaleq and associate Amanjit Fagura coauthored the UAE Chapter, and partner Grigory Marinichev and associate Alexey Chertov coauthored the Russia Chapter.
