The ranking reflects the firm’s success at building client loyalty and “adapting to the changing market,” according to Acritas. Morgan Lewis has ranked in the top 10 for the last three years in Acritas’ U.S. Law Firm Brand Index.
Acritas, a global provider of legal market research, collected data from more than 1,000 respondents in $1 billion-plus revenue organizations around the world to determine the rankings. In a survey of open-ended questions, senior legal buyers were asked to name the law firms that often come to mind and identify the firms they feel most favorable toward, the firms most considered for multi-jurisdictional deals across three or more countries, and the firms most considered for multi-jurisdictional litigation across three or more countries.
