NEW YORK, November 3, 2014: Morgan Lewis represented Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS) in its acquisition of the business assets of Bethlehem, Pa.-based, Davis Beverage Group and Davis Bottling Co., completed on November 3, 2014.
