BOSTON, May 14, 2014: KP Corporation, a national provider of marketing and communications services, received a significant capital investment that will further the company’s growth, from Gemini Investors, in a transaction that closed on May 7. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wellesley, MA-based Gemini Investors is a private equity firm that provides capital and strategic resources to lower middle market companies.
Morgan Lewis served as Gemini’s adviser on the transaction led by Business and Finance Practice partner Mark Stein, with assistance from associates A. Benjamin Klaber, Mark Opitz, Elizabeth Khoury, and Jonathan Frodella. Also assisting on the transaction were Business and Finance senior attorney Mark McCarthy and Tax Practice partner Richard Zarin, as well as Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation partner Brian Hector.
