Suet-Fern Lee and Joanne R. Soslow Named in IFLR1000 Women Leaders Guide

PHILADELPHIA and SINGAPORE, June 13, 2018: Morgan Lewis partners Suet-Fern Lee and Joanne R. Soslow have been recognized in IFLR1000 Women Leaders, a new guide that highlights 300 female lawyers considered to be among the best transactional specialists in their markets and practice areas based on their work experience and market feedback.

Ms. Lee advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and corporate finance. She routinely leads some of the largest corporate transactions in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Her work also includes counseling companies and boards. Ms. Lee has served on the board of directors of various publicly listed companies in the region and held leadership roles in a number of nonprofit organizations. Ms. Lee is a director of Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC, a Singapore law corporation affiliated ‎with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Ms. Soslow counsels public companies, emerging growth businesses, and corporate venture capital groups on corporate and securities matters. She is the deputy leader of the firm’s corporate practice and former chair of the securities and corporate governance practice, and advises clients in the energy, biotechnology, financial services, technology, medical device, and specialty pharmaceutical industries. In her transactional practice, Ms. Soslow guides companies in their complex public and private equity and debt securities activities, venture capital initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.
