2013 LEPG and LPG Retail Roundtables Hosted in Chicago

On April 16 and 17, the LEPG and LPG practices held their annual client Retail Roundtables in Chicago. Over 30 clients attended each of the 2-day roundtables, one day dedicated to Labor and Employment issues and the other dedicated to Litigation and Retail Operations.

• Day 1: Preservation issues specific to LEPG matters; best practices for exit interview process surrounding Legal Hold process and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
• Day 2: Cloud, Predictive Coding, Loser Pays and Third-party subpoenas, specific to LPG matters.
