On April 30, eData partner Scott Milner presented at an ALI CLE/E-Discovery ESI for Employment Lawyers
The event was held as a webcast forum. Scott presented on the emerging area of "Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)", controlling and managing BYOD in the workplace, policy considerations and practical impacts during each phase of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model. During the webcast, there were three other key areas discussed including "Preservation Triggers and Managing Electronically Stored Information," "Effectively Dealing with Social Media in the Workplace," and "Tips and Strategies for Avoiding (or asserting) e-Spoliation."
