Nash Parida is an investigator who has experience conducting complex investigations globally. His experience includes handling cases relating to FCPA investigations, anticorruption risk, financial fraud, employee misconduct and country-specific due diligence assessments. His background includes extensive global travel with a hands-on approach in conducting investigations across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Americas. In addition, Nash has helped develop and strengthen in-house internal investigations programs as well as various corporate compliance policies across varying industries.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nash was a senior vice president and director for a major US bank, where he led teams who conducted significant investigations relating to allegations of employee misconduct globally. Nash helped strengthen the program through the monitoring of key performance indicators, ultimately leading to higher quality, timely investigations.
Nash also worked as a senior investigator for a US-based multinational conglomerate where he conducted global investigations related to FCPA and other internal investigations that could raise legal or reputational risk for the company.
Prior to that, Nash was part of the Financial Integrity Unit for a Global 50 Information Technology company, in which he was responsible for conducting financial fraud–related investigations across the company’s global footprint.
