Adam M. Aramati advises private investment fund sponsors with respect to a range of fund formation, fundraising, investment, and regulatory compliance issues. He represents both US and non-US sponsors across a variety of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, hedge funds, debt and loan origination, infrastructure, natural resources, impact/socially responsible strategies, and others. Adam also advises institutional investors with respect to investments in private funds. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Adam worked for two other law firms in Boston, and another in New York.
