Adam Reiber serves as Morgan Lewis's director of employee well-being. In this global position, he works with our Employee Engagement and Talent teams as well as directly with our practice groups to expand and enhance ML Well, our market-leading well-being program. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Leadership Certificate of Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Adam served at Microsoft where he led the well-being function in cloud operations for the past four years. Before serving at Microsoft, Adam served for 20 years in the US Army, as an Army Ranger and dive team specialist as well as in Information Technology systems. He also has taught leadership skills to future Army officers as an assistant professor at Boston University, Boston College, and Northeastern University.
