Anne E. Martinez has litigated over 200 single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases in various forums throughout the United States, including US federal and state trial courts, as well as administrative agencies. In her litigation practice, Anne has also defended employers in wage and hour class and collective actions, as well as complex discrimination and harassment cases. She oversees the management of a large portfolio of single-plaintiff employment litigation that extends throughout the country.

Anne also regularly counsels employers on labor and employment law issues. She advises clients on reductions in force, decisions regarding adverse employment actions, severance and settlement agreements, litigation avoidance, compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requirements, and compliance with state wage and hour requirements. Additionally, she conducts internal wage and hour audits to help employers properly classify employees as exempt or nonexempt. She also conducts anti-harassment training.
