Adam Heasley focuses his practice on acquisition finance, domestic and international syndicated loan facilities, workouts, and general corporate matters. Adam represents clients including financial institutions, private companies, project sponsors, and corporate investors on a variety of transactions including cross-border and domestic acquisitions, corporate finance, project finance, and film finance. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he worked for another international law firm in its global project finance group.

Represented a major financial institution in multi-currency cross-border credit facilities for the acquisition of a transportation company and other general corporate and finance matters.
Represented major financial institutions in credit facilities for borrowers in a diverse array of industries including consumer products, transportation, restaurant/hospitality and energy.
