Aislinn Klos represents clients in commercial litigation matters, working with our team to represent diverse clients in US state and federal courts and serve as a resource for commercial litigation across industries, jurisdictions, and areas of law. While in law school, Aislinn served on the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism. She also worked in the Yale Law School Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic, a program of the Abrams Institute for Freedom of Expression. Aislinn served as a law clerk to Judge James A. Wynn, Jr. on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals from 2019 to 2020.
