Albert L. Tsoi represents leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of corporate matters, focusing primarily on finance transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow financings. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Albert worked as a software product manager at a variety of technology companies.
Albert primarily focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated debt financings. He has been counsel to agents and lenders in acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession, and bankruptcy exit credit facilities. Albert’s experience also traverses many sectors, including financial services, transportation, restaurant, entertainment, and retail sectors.
