Alexandra Ayala is part of a team that counsels clients in the areas of securitization and structured finance. She advises underwriters, issuers, borrowers, lenders, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions, including issuances of debt and equity securities secured by residential mortgage loans, student loans, unsecured consumer loans, and other assets. Her practice handles a variety of asset classes across a wide range of industries.
