Alex Daniel is part of a team of litigation lawyers who provide services in a wide range of sectors including environmental matters, corporate investigations, toxic torts, products liability, and consumer fraud. Prior to Joining Morgan Lewis, Alex clerked for Associate Justice Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following his clerkship, Alex worked as a commercial litigation associate with a major New Jersey law firm.
While in law school, Alex had the privilege of working with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, where he assisted needy clients in consumer collection and bankruptcy matters. At graduation, Alex received the Chicago title Insurance Company Award for Excellence in Real Property. As an undergraduate at Seton Hall University, Alex completed the University’s Honors Program and was recognized for excellence in the field of political science.
